Marcus Chow
Writer & Editor, SkillGoHub
I write and edit the tool comparisons, buying guides, and explainers published on SkillGoHub. My work focuses on one question: given the options actually available today, which one fits the job you are trying to do - and which ones are a waste of money.
What I cover
- AI assistants, writing tools, and image or video generators
- Productivity, project-management, and automation software
- Consumer tech and accessories, where the choice usually comes down to price-to-feature fit rather than a single winner
How my writing is sourced
SkillGoHub is an interactive learning platform for AI, coding, and tech skills. I do not claim to have a physical testing lab, and you will not find invented test numbers in my guides. Instead, every comparison is built from primary sources that a reader can check:
- Vendor documentation, published specifications, and current pricing pages
- Independent reviews and benchmark results published elsewhere
- Documented user feedback, including complaints and failure modes
Corrections and questions. If a price, feature, or claim is out of date, tell me. Guides are revisited on a schedule and whenever a vendor ships a material change. Reach out through the contact page.
Editorial standards
- No paid placements. A vendor cannot buy a ranking or a recommendation.
- Affiliate links are disclosed. Some outbound links earn a commission at no extra cost to you - this never changes what is included or how it is ordered.
- No scores without a basis. Where a rating is shown, the criteria behind it are stated.
- Updates are dated. Each guide shows when it was published and when it was last revised.
